Kristen Lascola is the host of the “Ministry Coach Podcast” and the middle school pastor at North Coast Church based in Vista, California, roughly 30 miles north of San Diego. She is a coach to the coach-less, mentoring pastors and volunteers in student ministry who are looking for guidance and inspiration.
