Jason Mages is a brilliant person who consistently changes the environment around him. Top of his class academically, leader to his peers, and highly respected by the faculty. “The 3-2-1 Principle” is a Jason Mages original that he teaches high school students, as well as, business associates. Jason and I met when he was a 16 year old teenager and I was a youth pastor in the community of Eustis, Florida.
